This programme will introduce the basic principles of lean, operational excellence & continuous improvement in a fun and engaging 2 days to all levels of employees across all business functions. It will enable all attendees to not only be able to identify areas for improvement but to also have a basic tool kit with which they can use to realise the benefits.
One of the hardest things to do is to sustain change, by including people from all areas and levels of the business we create a common language, with common goals and an understanding that “everyone “ has a part to play in the future as the business continues to improve.
• It is a highly interactive programme based around 2 main themes, a lean business simulation game and the identification & elimination of the 8 wastes:
