My Name is Kevin Cresswell, I am 58 years old and live in Derbyshire.

I decided to set up my own business and utilise the knowledge and experience gained from over 37 years of employment with a global blue chip company. As well as having vast real life experience in the actual implementation of continuous improvement / lean principles, I am also a lean six sigma black belt and Nebosh general certificate holder amongst many other qualifications. 

From the day I started in August 1981 as an Electrical apprentice to the day I left as the Continual Improvement Manager, I held various positions within the business developing an extensive knowledge base with which to move forward and assist in delivering improvements within other companies no matter how large or small. 

Our operating style is to work with your own people to encourage and enable them to use their knowledge of your business to create sustainable improvements to your business, whilst increasing employee engagement as they see their own ideas and input making a difference.

I have worked across the globe dealing with many different business models, different functions and different cultures which can all bring their own challenges, but at the same time make life more interesting.
